Yoga Classes
Open Flow Yoga with John
Open Flow Yoga is designed to be suitable for a wide range of levels. This class is meant to offer a challenging and yet accessible experience for most practitioners. The movements are linked to the breath in a fluid and natural way with a variety of options suitable for students of different abilities.
This class may not be appropriate for someone who has never practiced yoga before.

Basic Flow Yoga with John
Basic Flow Yoga is designed to cover the fundamental principles of Flow Yoga including, how to connect the breath to the movements of Yoga, how to gain awareness of and begin to use the energy locks in Yoga, the fundamentals of alignment as well as the names of some of the more common postures.
Half Vinyasa Yoga with John
Half Vinyasa Yoga offers the fluid connections of a Flow Class without the postures like Chutarunga, Urdva Mukha Svanasana and Adho Mukha Svanasana that can put strain on the wrists. This practice is designed for people who have wrist injuries or simply have not developed the strength for a full Vinyasa class. It is also an ideal class for yogis who want to practice yoga but would prefer something less vigorous than a Flow Yoga class.

Heart Yoga with Liyang
Heart Yoga integrates seamlessly the inner and outer methods of Yoga. The practitioner is guided through a series of postures designed to facilitate a meditative state while being guided through a meditative visualization.
Sanskrit with Liyang
Learn the Practice of the inner winds of Yoga by learning the basics of Sanskrit. Feel your inner channels sing as you learn this language of the enlightened ones chanting verses from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali while you learn to read and understand the Sutras yourself.
Group Guided Meditation
Our group guided meditation allows those who would like the opportunity to practice guided meditation with a group of like minded seekers.
Private Classes with John or Liyang:
Work with either John or Liyang in a one on one or small group session designed with you in mind. Every student is different and everyone will need to emphasize different postures or alignments to move their inner winds in the most therapeutic way for that individual.
Private classes are a great way to compliment your yoga practice and a great way to help you to develop your own practice.
